The vision for fair and low-impact fisheries in Europe has been shaped by the Rethink Fisheries group constituted by a wide range of stakeholders which includes fishers, fishmongers, scientists and civil society. It incorporates environmental, social, cultural, economic and governance elements to put forward a future vision for a fisheries sector that respects both planetary boundaries and social standards.

The Rethink Fisheries group is co-led by Low Impact Fishers of Europe and Seas At Risk.
